1. Who we are

This website (miknpmf.com) is operated on behalf of PrimSeedPower, COST Action CA24156 (“Seed Priming Solutions for Sustainable and Climate-Resilient Agriculture”), coordinated by the Action Chair, Prof. Dr. Erna Karalija, University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Science, Department of Biology. 2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through one of our forms:

• Contact form: name, email, organisation, country, subject, message, optional attachment.
• Join Us form: full name, title, email, institution, country, career stage, expertise, preferred Working Group, motivation, expected contribution, ORCID, website/profile.
• Stakeholder Registration form: name, organisation, country, sector, email, interests, expertise, preferred involvement.
• Research Infrastructure form: name, email, institution, and details about equipment/facilities you choose to share.
• STSM Host Offer form: host institution, supervisor, topic, techniques offered, preferred period, contact details.
• Newsletter subscription: email address (and optionally name).

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age, and this site is not directed at children.

3. Why we process your data

We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry, process your application or registration, coordinate PrimSeedPower network activities, and — where you have subscribed — send newsletter updates. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given at the point of submission.

4. Who processes your data

Form submissions and newsletter data are processed using the following service providers, acting as data processors on our behalf:

• Our web hosting provider (stores the website database)
• FormLayer (form submission handling)
• MailPoet (newsletter delivery)

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or for the duration of the COST Action (currently 48 months), whichever is relevant. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter)
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority
